Design Forum Finland Awards brings together Design Forum Finland’s design prizes.
Design Forum Finland’s awards are intended for reinforcing the competitiveness of companies and showcasing the best Finnish design competence.
Design competence stems from knowing the user, and it is built on the basis of functionality, knowledge of the material and high-class professional competence.
The prizes can be awarded to businesses utilising design, experienced designers and promising young designers, as well as parties doing commendable work for design in society.
In 2022, DFF Awards comprises the Young Designer of the Year prize, the Kaj Franck Design Prize and Fennia Prize 22. The DFF Awards exhibition is open 5–28 May 2022 in Glasshouse Helsinki.
Glasshouse Helsinki gallery is a place for art, design, new ideas, thoughts and innovations.
The exhibition ergs, Sar, igs consists of an entity in which observations and reflections take shape in a work of art.
The exhibition is curated by visual artist Anna Tuori.
This year, the main events Helsinki Design Week 2021 will take place at Glasshouse Helsinki Aleksanterinkatu location taking over the second, third and fourth floors.
This summer Glasshouse Helsinki is proud to present three different exhibitions by fresh talents of Vapaa Taidekoulu and Aalto University at the gallery space on the second floor.
